Our cotton upholstery fabric is hard wearing and suitable for curtains, general furnishing, blinds and cushions. All our designs are hand painted and printed by traditional printers in the UK.
The cotton and velvet fabric width is 140cm.
If you’re looking for a piece of fabric for a headboard or large shade, just message us and we can print your order horizontally so without vertical seams.
Cotton velvet is very hard wearing and will work on sofas and chairs without signs of wear, but should not be washed with water due to the ‘nap’ that gives it its soft feel.
Our cotton and linen fabrics should be washed at no hotter than 30 degrees and as they are natural fabrics, may shrink by 4-5% on the first wash:
Wash on a delicate machine cycle at 30 °C / 85F. Delicate tumble cycle on a low heat. Iron on a medium heat using steam, ironing print side down for best results. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Shrinkage estimated 4-8%.
