Botanical Painting Workshop At Featherstone Flowers

£80.00

Monday October 19th, 2026, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Featherstone Flowers, Stockbridge, The Tithe Barn, Berry Court Farm, Stockbridge SO20 8EY, UK

Featherstone Flowers is the award-winning floral design studio and flower farm of Jess Roberts and Katie Stone set amongst the rolling hills of the Test Valley, near Stockbridge in Hampshire.

Home for Featherstone Flowers is a medieval Tithe Barn from which the design studio opens onto acres of flower fields bursting with over 700 varieties of flowers and foliage across the season.

On select days across the year, Featherstone Flowers like to throw open the farm gates and invite ticketed guests into the Tithe Barn studio and the stunning flower fields for some hands-on workshops and Pick Your Own guided sessions.

About the event

On Monday 19th October we will be hosting a guided botanical painting workshop at the beautiful Featherstone Flowers. Spend an afternoon of seasonal beauty and relaxed guided flower painting with us. We’ll begin in the flower field, where you’ll have time to explore the wide range of flowers in bloom and learn which flowers are easier and interesting to paint and why.

With guidance from the team, you’ll harvest your own selection of stems to take back to your workshop to paint with guidance from me.

Back in the fifteenth-century barn, while your flowers are conditioning, we’ll pause for coffee and homemade cake before taking part in some gentle warm up sketches.

With over 20 years of painting and teaching experience, I’ll then be at your service to share advice and skills for making your painting look professional and how to improve your painting skills.

We’ll be painting in acrylics and every level of experience is very welcome from beginners, to occasional painters and returning artists.  All materials will be provided, just bring yourselves.
